Public Comment Guidelines for UTTUA Board Meetings
- Individuals wishing to speak at an upcoming meeting must register in advance using the link provided on the board meeting agenda, which is posted online prior to the meeting.
- The registration form will open when the agenda is posted, and will close 24 hours prior to a scheduled meeting. For emergency meetings, registration closes 1 hour prior.
- Comments must relate to items on the meeting agenda.
- Concerns about staff or students should be directed to the Campus Director or Superintendent.
- Formal grievances, if appropriate, should follow UA policies outlined in the Student Handbook and Board policy.
