Public Information Requests

All public information requests must be sent to publicinfo@uttyler.edu. 

The request should include:

• First and Last Name
• Company/Organization if applicable
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Description of the Information Requested (including date range if applicable)
• Preferred Communication Method (Standard Mail vs. Email)
